Hotel a Ramsey

“The breakfast was good, but we had a double queen suite and the beds were not queens. The toilet was leaking and wouldn’t flush properly so we had to get plunger from front desk. The hallway had holes in the carpet in a few spots. But it looked like they were fixing up some rooms. It was very quiet though. Just biggest complaint was beds and toilet.”

“The hotel was great, breakfast was great, room was clean the bed was comfortable. The only thing was we were woken up at 7 am on a Saturday by workers working on the ice machine right by our room”

“Excellent staff and room was very clean. Parking was Limited due to one corner of lot not draining and under some water. Another parking spot and adjacent area was full of cigarette butts”

“Easy check-in. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet. Nice breakfast buffet. Hot tub and indoor pool available, but we did not use them. Nice bathroom and shower. Convenient location. Restaurants and shopping nearby. No smoking and no pets policies. ”

“I always have a great stay when staying at this hotel, they are undergoing renovations in the lobby area and it looks STUNNING! The workers are always very kind and welcoming! The breakfast is having a lot of new upgrades added! I have been choosing this hotel for my stays in the cities for over a year now and honestly wouldn’t change anytime! Only downside is there is no pool but it doesn’t drop my rating at all! ”

“I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton, so I went in with low expectations. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom for the night, and the hotel provided that. The staff were great! Super nice. I forgot my phone charger and the guy behind the counter provided me one to borrow for the night. The room was clean and did the job. The only bad part was the bed. It was horribly uncomfortable. “Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. ”
