“Syrup and ketchup tasted weird almost as if I was eating a tomato , syrup just wasn’t anything like what normal syrup is . What changed about New Year’s Eve and getting told to go to our rooms ? We’ve done New Year’s Eve every year and this is the first time we ever were told to go back to our rooms ? Understanding that not everyone is celebrating but definitely knowing people go to hotels for new years allow it for a bit but don’t threaten people with kicking them out ”

“We came to WBL to visit family and were able to get extra wristbands for the pool upon check-in. That evening, our family brought over some take-out dinner and the 8 of us (only two were guests of the hotel) were able to use the breakfast area to have dinner and visit for a while. Both Kimberly and Claudette at the front desk were wonderful and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet at night. The breakfast was hearty and tasty and the whole experience was great.
