“Clean, well maintained and great service”

“Great breakfast. Stayed 3 nights and was locked out on 2 of them. This was a time waster!”

“I was not pleased with the additional cost ($50.00) from this hotel above the price of Expedia. there is a small lot behind the hotel to park while checking in, no signage of how to get there so you have to park in a garage $10.00 then the hotel charged additional $29.00 to park overnight. later i found that the hospital one block away only charges $5.00 for the blue parking ramp. with the additional charges added, this was not a good deal.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped inside. My room was clean and very comfortable. I didn't use the kitchen this time, but I appreciated having it in my room. Would consider planning to use it next. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Housekeeping is only available if requested each day, prior to 9 AM. Coffee/hot tea is only available during breakfast hours. Breakfast bar ran out of plates and napkins nearly every morning. Breakfast tables were not kept wiped down regularly. Walls are thin. It was easy to hear our neighbors, even though they weren’t being noisy.”

“The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry). Great location, good price, nothing fancy.”

“Big Room with lots of comfort. Mattress was extremely comfortable and pillows were lux. We use the pool. It was clean. Bath was a roll in which I requested. It was huge. No issues. Carpet lean and the coffee bar well stocked. Nice choices at breakfast.”

“Anytime you went to the front desk no one was there and you had to wait 15 - 20 minutes”

“Room cleaning was skipped, breakfast ends even when you have few minutes left, and the pool did not look clean at all...”

“There were bugs in our bathroom, paint/wallpaper peeling from the walls. The shower was great. Great water pressure. Clean bedding. But felt like we needed to have our socks on in our room.”

“Over all, the place was great! Only 2 complaints I have is that the WiFi was extremely slow, so if you need to work, use your hotspot, if you have it. And the water pressure was low. Other than those two minor things, the place was very nice, clean, and staff was very friendly. I didn't eat breakfast, but my husband, son-in-law, and grandkids did and they loved it. Will definitely stay there again.”
