Hotel a Lake Elmo

“The room was not cleaned properly, especially the washroom. Several basic things were missed. Used paper was tucked inside the toilet paper roll, which is unhygienic and should not have been there. The body wash was essentially empty and only worked for one pump. Nothing in the washroom seemed to be refilled. Also, the lighting near the main door and mirror area is very poor, making it difficult to use that space properly. Overall, the cleanliness and room maintenance did not meet...

“We were very disappointed with this hotel. The whole hallway smelt like pot and smoke, even though we were in a non smoking room. Also, the pool area must allow smoking. There were people smoking and the staff let them. ”

“The room was the carpet was old and dingy... some area we can see duck tape covering torn spots and most exit doors have broken handles.”

“Everything was good. The one comment about cleanliness was that the toilet wasn’t cleaned before we checked in. The bonus was that the hotel provided a shuttle to pick me up after my car rental drop off and also airport drop off. I made sure to tip the driver as he was friendly and kind. The breakfast spread had a variety and the room was so spacious for the money I paid. Will come back again!”

“I specifically asked that the shuttle take me to the airport the following morning. The woman at the desk said she would add my name to the list. I went down to the front desk for the shuttle which as it turns out left early. Staff told me to wait for the next shuttle but I didn’t have time so ended up Ubering.”

“Stayed for 2 days never had fresh linens or garbage taken out but other than that it was nice and breakfast was good.”

“Hotel was clean, great location, comfortable beds, and staff was awesome. Stayed for 4 nights and was greeted by Colton everyday at the front desk with a smile. Plenty of parking, well lighted, very safe and nice area.”

“This motel is located directly across the street (Kilabrew St.) from the Mall of America. The motel has complimentary airport shuttle service, a very good breakfast, a decent small gym. It checks all the boxes, and I’ll return.”

“Everything was perfect. The airport shuttle staff is amazing (Mark). I need to use the airport shuttle to help my mom with her flight. They wait for me in the same airport because i need to comeback to the hotel, I'm currently pregnant and I really love that favor. I returned with the airport shuttle after I helped my mom. The breakfast is huge and the room was very clean. This is my 4rth time in this hotel.”

“Change the shower situation I shouldn’t have to use a QR code to shower and I shouldn’t have to pay $10 a day for parking when I’m a guest”
