“Upon check in I was assigned a room that was currently occupied and entered it with tv on, receptionist apologized reassigned room and second room also appeared to be in use, upon returning to front desk hotel staff accompanied me to “room” and it was clean ready to go however second room number given to me was open tv on and clearly occupied!! “Though we left at 5am we didnt get breakfast but this one of the best hotels weve stayed at so far! We traveled from canada to Florida and this hotel was the best! Pool area/hot tub and sauna was great! Room was clean, and lots of room! The family was very happy with this stay! The only issues we had was the wifi didnt work the greatest. But thats okay! Was worth the stay!”
