“The staff was great. We got snowed in and were there for a football game. we had a bunch of people and they could not have been better to us.”

“Only thing I would change is make the salt and pepper more easily seen/found. Myself and my buddy couldn’t find it. Another traveler told me she had to search for it also and pointed out that it was hidden behind some other condiments.”

“The lady that checked us in was so friendly & helpful. Our room was extremely clean and cozy. The only "complaint" is that our body wash was empty & couldn't be refilled because there was only the evening desk lady, and she was busy, when we discovered it. She did accomodate by giving us a bar soap and all was well though! ”

“Rooms were clean and roomy, beds were comfortable! We had the best Guest services manager, Hillary, who provided us with information on the mall and the train and supported our Viking team! The breakfast buffet offered many options for us. The desk personnel were very accommodating and made a great addition to the hotel, especially Rhonda!! ”

“Navetta da e per aeroporto utile ma con 2$ si raggiunge comodamente l’hotel dall’aeroporto con il metro tram linea blu che passa ogni 5 minuti. Colazione non inclusa ma il ristorante dell’hotel offre un ottima colazione a prezzi decisamente alti. Offre anche pranzo e cena sempre a prezzi decisamente superiori alla media. Camera pulita e silenziosa anche se un pot datata.”

“All of the staff there are hardworking and amazing. Breakfast was small, but very good. Actually had a pancake maker! My husband loved that! For this property type, you don't expect much, but this is an excellent property along with their staff. Parking is easy, shopping and restaurants right across the street, Just around the corner from a family Christmas event at the bowling alley. Alll was great! Front desk and housekeeping were so kind and accommodating. Very clean property. ”

“This hotel qas wonderful. The facility was clean, staff was friendly and i loved the detail they put in many different areas. The pool area was wonderful and the water temp was perfect. Our queen sweet was very spacious for our family of five. ”

“Bed was a little too firm for me, but the rest of the stay was good. Had too wait for like 20 mins for a room even tho we arrived after the check in time.”
