“My group was pleasantly surprised by the room set up. It has a suite feeling to it. The door between the sleeping area and receiving/desk area was a nice touch. The little bit of separation is really nice for family with kids or business travel.
We tried to take advantage of the social time with a free drink and snacks. The hours is from 5- 6:30, so mostly likely to be out about, but if you happen to be in the hotel. It's a nice touch.

“We appreciated the manner in which Erik's Retreat was run. When we arrived on Friday, 8/8 we were greeted by Dominic (sp.). He gave us a very thorough tour of the facilities. From that point on we felt right at home. When we visit Minneapolis again, we will stay at Erik's Retreat if there is room for us.

“The quality of the hotel verse price was great. Had the tv not working when we got in our room the front desk came right up and got it fixed and apologized for the inconvenience also had the key card not work one night and they fixed it right away.”

Rooms were clean refrigerator microwave bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. We gladly go back. It’s a definite bargain.”
