“Rooms are not as described. Someone before us dumped something nasty down the sink and nobody cleaned it up. Dirty. ”

“The room I stayed in needed a make over. The blinds were worn and torn. ”

“Trash in parking lot. Pool was cold. Front desk was very friendly!”

“Everything worked out perfectly with a shuttle service as needed. Friendly check in and nice room to sleep a few hours. The shuttle driver was helpful. We were able to make it to our early morning flight easily. ”

“The staff were all great. We took the shuttle to the airport at 4 am. Unfortunately my sister’s cell phone fell out of her pocket in the back seat. She didn’t realize it until the driver pulled away. We called the hotel and explained our dilemma! The receptionist called our driver and he immediately turned around, and gave my sister her phone! Amen and God bless the staff at the hotel”

“The bathroom was pretty dirty. The vent was filthy. The worst part was the noise from outside the hotel. Very loud. Didn't fall asleep til 0600 and woke up at 0900. I'll pass on this place next time. ”

“Hot tub was cold. Room was very musty. She Took forever to get checked in. Front desk person on his phone the entire time I was wanting help. My 13 year old felt very unsafe. ”

“No one seemed to staff the breakfast at all. No hot items, machines not turned on. The hard boiled eggs were terrifying—all brown and dried out. There was hardly anything available to eat. Also the tv in my room was not connected and had no service of any kind.”

“Breakfast options were good. The room was pretty clean. Pool did not appear clean at all. Staff was pleasant but nowhere to be found for checkout, had to wait quite a while. Walls/floors are THIN, we apparently had a large group of elephants above us. Get a room on the top floor and have absolutely no questions/be okay with contactless checkout and you’re golden.”

“Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Heating unit worked well. Parking was easy to get in and out of. Breakfast was awesome!! The fitness center was closed for repairs. I would have used it. The swimming pool and hot tub was great. The other thing I would look at is the door key to my room had issues and then the door was hard to push open. That was frustrating. Apart from that and the fitness center being closed I had a great stay. ”

“Breakfast is typical for Americinn. Not what i like but i dont stay there for breakfast. Clean room, comfortable bed, and quiet.”

“Overall good experience. Nice room (425) - though a big paint chip on the bedroom wall. Also, housekeeping service was promised but never happened.”
