“Clean rooms and berry nice staff ”

“Good location, staff attentive, comfortable beds, clean. Would have been nice if a bottle of water was in the room. Breakfast sufficient. Laundry room was out of commission so that was a little disappointing for me. Other than that, I would stay there again if I was in the area”

“The room was clean, but we had to continuosly go down for clean wash cloths, towels and toilet paper. Alot of the time there was no one at the desk. The sign on the mirror said that they cleaned the room every 3 days, we were there for 5 days and it didnt happen and there was supposed to be coffee in room but no one came to fill the basket with coffee pods. Will never stay there again. Dont waste your money to be irritated. The breakfast was all microwave stuff. Tasteless”

“The property is being renovated. No mention on any site. Not terrible but rooms have missing thresholds, non working outlets, holes in the walls, etc. Staff is great and property is liveable.”

“The Prime Rate Inn remains the worst hotel or motel stay in decades, this from a very experienced traveler. The Inn is rundown, with shoddy worn out furniture, that connects with travelling contractors and homeless people with low standards. The front desk is surrounded by plastic, to address security concerns. You'll notice the smell of mold, covered by cleaning chemicals upon entry. “Stayed for 2 days never had fresh linens or garbage taken out but other than that it was nice and breakfast was good.”

“This motel is located directly across the street (Kilabrew St.) from the Mall of America. The motel has complimentary airport shuttle service, a very good breakfast, a decent small gym. It checks all the boxes, and I’ll return.”
