“TV controls really were difficult to use. Otherwise the place was very nice ”

“Initially was put in a room that was not clean, but she promptly put me in another room that was clean”

“No idea how it had a 8.6 rating when we booked it. Was old, in disrepair, staff was unfriendly. As my husband stated, you would never stay here.”

“The pool was empty and we were not informed. The room was a very tight fit simply opening the door.”

“Beautiful hotel, clean quiet area with food/gas nearby. My room was big and clean with comfortable furniture/bed. Friendly, helpful staff and reasonably priced. Only complaint I have, was the smell of grease/food that filled the hotel, including my room the one night. It was strong enough to wake me up. Not sure what it was, but glad I wasn't staying another night. ”

“Great rooms, comfy beds, very clean hotel, excellent breakfast, accommodating staff.”

“We got to the hotel and the first thing we encountered was a broken elevator so we had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator. We get to the room and there was no bedding available and we called the front desk and asked for them to send some up to us and they asked us to come get them. The next morning the breakfast was bare- there was no hot food available and it was 7:45 in the morning. We go back upstairs to get our stuff and we wanted ice- no ice in the ice machine. It was a very disappointing...

“It’s winter ”

“We have stayed here at least half a dozen times over the past year for sports travel. Rooms are always clean, staff is super friendly. Great pool area!”

“Staff/ excellent, Everything very clean. Breakfast only 2 choices,toast and cereal. Building needs updating.”
