Hotel a Lake

“There was NO internet connection and I had business I needed to finish in the evening. The red “you have a message” light was on. When I finally went to the lobby and found someone, he said to disregard the flashing red light (it was still on this morning when I left) and said something about the motel had called someone to fix the internet connection but they hadn’t come! I honestly think the hotel should have returned some of the cost of the room. Is it too late for them to do that? Milton...

“The room was clean but painted in very dark colors The bathroom door would not latch closed The room was OK The property needs a complete refurbishment We selected the property because the Expedia rating was 8.2 Excellent Not an 8.2 property Expedia needs to review the property and give it a rating relative to the condition of the property. ”

“Beds are extremely firm , no vending on premises, and no continental breakfast as offered in booking ”

“Stayed here due to an accident that totalled my car. We were frazzled and in pain. Front desk staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. ”

“Overall condition of the buildings was poor at best. It appeared old and somewhat rundown. The door to my room was out of square and dint close properly. Room was clean but no shower curtains”

“Nice place in a convienent location. Bathroom had issues, broken toliet seat and really needed a good sweeping. Beds were comfortable with clean linen. But overall, I would stay there again.”

“Close to everything extremely friendly staff spacious rooms for a reasonable price. Staff was phenomenal. Highly recommend this establishment as i currently travel for a living. Look fwd to returning there again I n the future”

“Room was clean but beds are NOT comfortable. Pillows are also very hard. AC was not on in the room when we got there and the room was extremely warm and took a long time to cool it down. Positives would be easy on and off 75 and it was clean. ”

“Everything was good, my only complaint is there are no coffee makers in the rooms. Coffee is available in the lobby, but that is not always convenient ”
