“Room was very hot when we arrived but cooled down when we turned on AC. Everything was off when we arrived. The desk staff were excellent! They were friendly and accommodating when they didn’t have enough cookies for number of guests in our room. They provided a candy bar. Also at checkout, they gave us another bottle of water for the number of guests in our room❤️. This Baymont was best Baymont at which we have stayed. Breakfast was great. The breakfast area was clean and stocked well. ”

“We had a newly renovated room which was lovely. Front reception staff are awesome. Front pathway gardens need some attention and lots of people don’t pick up after their dogs in the designated relief area. Annoying! Come on dog owners!!! ”

“Despite the hotel being almost empty, we were given a room on the 2nd floor farthest from the lobby despite requesting to be moved. A $35 fee for a 7lb tiny dog is ridiculous. Room had a garbage pail full from previous guest, very little toilet paper, TV remote had no batteries and still didn’t work. Electrical outlet wasn’t working in bathroom area. Not a pleasant stay. ”

“Staff was great and I loved that they had a cat who wonders the property and is well taken care of. So sweet! There werent many options for breakfast The pool and hot tub were nice!”

“Breakfast was bad. No fresh fruit. Really bare bones. Kids running up and down the hallways screaming at 10:30 pm. A party with music and dancing in a room 3 doors down. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Probably not going to a Red Roof Inn again. We were just looking for someplace to sleep and get a decent breakfast on a long road trip. This was not the place…”

“I had a reservation for this location. I paid 185.00 plus tax for a room that the bed sheets had stains, I could not turn off the air because of a missing wall thermostat. Called the front desk, was told they were full and had no other vacant rooms. The hotel is under going construction, on top of that was missing buttons on the elevator, we got stuck on the elevator, the in door pool was not accessible, hampton inn suggested that i take my four grandchildren across the street let them swim...

“you forgot to tell us the building was half torn down, no signs on the building, mattresses everywhere parts and supplies all around the place where you park. the manager was very nice and willing to help us. picture on the ad was not even close!!! and this is how expedia does business?”
