“Significant construction- there was drywall dust everywehere. There was no mention of extensive construction prior to booking. Room - the bedding was clean. The bed was comfortable. The outlet for one side of bed was missing (the other nightstand had it). The window had so much calcium build up on the exterior that you couldnt see out. In the shower, the caulking had come up in one area and you could see the mildew/mold. The entire bathroom smelled of mildew. The shower doors, when fully...

“Clean, spacious room. Kids loved the pool and game room. Best hotel breakfast hands down. We travel a great deal for kids sporting events, will definitely stay here again!”

“You need to take this property off your site!!! We did not even check in. The place looked like a crack motel, with people renting weekly. The building from the outside was falling apart with boards holding up the 2nd floor walkway( i have pics). Since all the rooms were booked in Topeka KS we had to go 50 miles away to find an adequate hotel. I would like a refund, but you must take this property off of your site.”

“We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, however, we were not able to check in until 8 PM. We have very exhausted kids that needed to get to bed. The hotel was severely understaffed. I called several times to see when we can check in and they would never answer the phone. I left a message on their website and they just gave me an automatic reply. I felt bad for the front desk staff. For paying $250 I would expect this from a low-grade hotel. Definitely not worth the money. I would at least...

“Breakfast consisted of a loaf of bread, a shared container of butter and a couple xeaels. Staff was difficult to find, had to walk down half multiple times to find anyone.The rooms were dirty and not maintained, The hallway smelled like weed. ”
