Hotel a Lakebay

“Breakfast was mediocre selection. Coffee was lukewarm. No coffee in the room at all. Staff not at all helpful. I asked for a receipt and was given a receipt for someone entirely different. I asked again in the morning, and the girl was more concerned about description of the girl that gave me the wrong receipt, and then proceeded to tell me she was unable to provide me a receipt. I would not stay again.”

“Overall an okay property and stay, especially for the price. Good location. Easy access from freeway. The walls are a little thin and we heard another guest in the next room snoring (earplugs were provided. lol). There was competition for the shared bathroom in the morning. The breakfast is more grab-n-go than continental. Breakfast items are not laid out except for the coffee. The room was nice and comfortable. “The Ramada at this site is under construction so the main reception is not accessible and room windows are all blocked out by plastic sheets. Inside the room, it seems to have just been renovated with new amenities but still smells like moldy carpets. The breakfast is just a little below the average with scrambled eggs and bacons. Juice is directly provided from one-gallon bottles purchased from a grocery store. The room was spacious and quite though.”

“Had to ask twice to get the room cleaned. Both restaurants by the casino were okay but not great. No continental breakfast. Bathrooms were big, rooms were good. Loved the goat.”

“The room was lovely. Very comfortable and spacious. It was conveniently located near major roads, restaurants and amenities. Room entry system felt secure. Exterior shows a bit of wear but rooms were excellent and staff was helpful.”
