Unfortunately the fresh air fan in my room was quite load, and this is not controllable (it's separate to the aircon). Although it shut off at 11pm it starts up again at 5am and this disturbed my sleep each night.
A shame because everything else was very good.

The apartment was close to the airport and the city center. Overall, it's quite a nice and tidy apartment, but it definitely needs maintenance on some things. The heating boiler stopped working four times in two days. The owner helped us, but the apartment got cold quickly and it was cold inside. If you stay more than two nights, it can make your stay very unpleasant. Even some smaller things would need maintenance or replacement (batteries on the bathroom sink, hard-to-open door to the living room, damaged wallpaper in one bedroom, etc.). Just a little care and the apartment will be in excellent condition.
