“Very bad experience. We left the hotel since the bed was terrible. We escalated to onsite manager and she acknowledged the bed condition and mentioned they had ordered new matrices. However, we had to drive back to NYC since it was not possible to sleep at all. We escalated to Expedia and requested a full refund. “The room was a nice size, the extra “closet/dressing room “ was a great place to put away suitcases, get dressed or even set up a mini work space. Bedding was comfy, The grounds are well maintained, beautiful. The lighting at night is magical. It was a 10 minute walk into town, which made it a quiet place away from the busy activities in town. “Check-in for me was a challenge. As I booked through Expedia, the property did not provide me with any of the check-in information. Very stressful beginning but otherwise good place to stay.”
