“This was the most amazing resort! It had everything we needed and then some. There are plenty of options for restaurants/bars but loved Hell’s Kitchen the most:). “The pool, breakfast /lounge area /food and accessibility to the rooms from parking lot were great. Staff was nice. I did not like the noise from the thin ceilings inbetween first and second floor. It wasn’t the guests fault. I think it is the age of the hotel. It was hard to fall asleep sometimes. Other than that the experience was great.”

“The best thing about my room was the renovated tiny bathroom. It had nice marble and sink but the toilet seat was loose. And that was just the beginning of the poor state of things. The room was pretty clean but the door paint had been chipped and not repainted and the door handle was barely functional. I definitely used the deadbolt lock. The curtains on the window were a solid panel so you couldn't really open them. I slid them aside. Fun fact: the metal box the mattress sits on makes a cool...
