“The location of this property is excellent. The apartment is spacious and in a wonderful location in walking distance to everything in town. There are water views across the street, and that's lovely! Inside the floors are uneven and the layout is unusual. This was fine for us but wouldn't be if I was staying more than a night or two. For instance, the silverware is not in the same room as the kitchen. So preparing and serving a meal would not be as smooth as one might expect. The real issue...

“Great location and price. Easy and flexible check-in with great communication from host. The hot tub could be cleaner, there was a lot of debris caught around the drain when we used it. The main reason I am giving 4 stars is because there seems to be almost no sound-proofing between this unit and the one upstairs. There were two different bookings that overlapped with ours, and my partner and I could hear everything both stays were doing: every footstep, every word of their conversations,...

“I have never written this before but the pictures you see do not do this property justice. I just loved this apartment. It had all the essentials. Hoping to stay again in the future. Our favorite part was how close it was to the beautiful beach.”

Very convenient location, quiet street, and plenty of space for a family or small group. The water heater temp needs to be adjusted. The hot water gets extremely hot and I nearly scalded myself washing dishes.”

“This was a well placed home close to Mystic Harbor Museum and downtown. Very comfortable and nice open floor plan. While the description of two bathrooms is accurate it failed to state both were on the first floor with two of the three bedrooms on the second floor reached by extremely steep stairs. We were two couples in our 70s, good physical shape for our ages but found this arrangement very difficult.”
