The pool is beautiful the rooms are modern, sleek and clean! The grounds are beautifully manicured. The location is perfect! This new hotel has the charm of a bed and breakfast. The hotel is a short car ride from either East Hampton or Southampton which is perfect if you chose to explore all the little towns the Hampton's has...

“Abbiamo passato una notte allucinante con gente (pescatori?) che veniva in continuazione a prendere ghiaccio dal distributore posizionato a pochi metri dalla nostra camera e con la televisione posizionata nel retro della reception accesa tutta la notte. Scarsa pulizia in camera. In loco c’è sicuramente di meglio e a prezzi anche più bassi.”

“Great beachy vibe, sand and fire pits. Only thing I didn’t care for was the room we got had the bathroom up about 3 steps which, in the middle of the night, could be problematic. Otherwise, we loved our stay in this quaint property ”

“We have stayed at a lot of different places over the years, But this by far was our best trip to date. The property was all that was promised. Clean and beautiful. It’s a must stay if your heading to Montauk.”

“Small, but comfortable room. Excellent location right on the beach. There was a mix up with our dinner at the hotel one night and my husband’s dinner came out much later than mine. It wasn’t a big deal, but the hotel comped our meal, brought us a free dessert, and comped our post-dinner drinks at the bar. The nightly s’mores were a wonderful touch and encouraged guests to socialize with each other. Would absolutely stay here again!”
