Very good
I think it’s a brilliant and convenient location and a really clean and comfortable place to stay. The owners were really helpful, polite and communicated well and in a friendly manner.

Got a good deal on the room. The room was as expected but next to the kitchen so some noise from other guests. Check in was via a lock box and was quick and easy. I found it easy to contact the manager who was pleasant. Facilities were good and the kitchen was great. Parking is at a fee which wasn’t clear on hotels.com. Strangely there was rubbish in the wardrobe when I arrived ?!? WiFi a bit intermittent the queen room. Overall an okay stay. Probably wouldn’t have paid full price though.

DO NOT STAY HERE! They are very unprofessional. Bad with timing! The guest house was sold to us as an apartment and they refused to give us a refund. They took days to reply and communicated with us the day before the stay. Save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else!

The property is clearly listed as a guesthouse and not an apartment. The listing does show the different rooms and the amenities show the shared areas of the guesthouse. The pictures of the rooms can be clearly seen and apartments do not sell for £65.00 a night in London. You were also aware that you were booking a room in the guesthouse because you specifically requested for "a room with the mirror". You requested for a refund a day prior to arrival but we were in no position to offer you that as you booked a non refundable rate. The check-in instruction was sent to you a few days prior to your stay (this is automated) and subsequent communication was replied within 30 minutes. This review has in no way reflected the services offered to you. Thank you
