“Struttura bene gestita , molto confortevole , con camere ampie dotate di tutti i servizi . Particolarmente apprezzato il fatto che di fronte all’hotel ci fosse il capolinea di un bus che in 20/25 minuti ti potesse portare a Manhattan , vicino a Times square”

“The front desk staff was very unprofessional in the way they responded to our questions. It felt as though they did not care, rather than taking the time to explain why things were the way they were. We were assigned a handicap-accessible bathroom, but no one informed us. We simply assumed that was how all the bathrooms were designed. It wasn’t until we checked out that we found out it was an accessible room. I would recommend providing additional customer service training to the front desk...

“La stanza era basica, la nostra aveva un queen bed ed era abbastanza piccola, come anche il bagno. Il personale è sempre stato gentile e pronto a risolvere ogni necessità. Ottimo il servizio colazione e il servizio deposito bagagli, necessario se come noi si ha un volo tardi il giorno del check-out.”
