“Lovely setting and family friendly. Staff were lovely. Our room was clean, however the hallway carpets and floors are tired, worn and appeared dirty. While it is difficult to keep common areas clean in a setting where there is a beach, more cleaning is required. Families were enjoying the beach and kayaks but we chose not to due to Canadian Geese on the grass and beach areas…wondering about the cleanliness of water in shallow areas. Our waiter was lovely but it took an hour for our butter...

“Each cottage has its on dock and we spent days swimming and floating off ours on a clean, peaceful lake surrounded by beautiful scenery. There are lots of stairs to climb since the cottage is perched far up from the dock but we got a great workout.”

“This is an older hotel with new owners who are trying to make it nicer for guests. The rooms by the lake have great access to swimming and nice little deck for enjoying the lake view. You have access to a high quality gym. Owner went out of his way to help me find a place to charge my EV. Good price for this part of Ontario, would recommend.”
