“Had a great stay for the price - room was clean, location is close to downtown, bed was comfy, check in was easy. It's not luxury but we had no issues and would stay again!”

“Struttura in posizione tranquilla e sul lago, con bel tramonto, ma piuttosto datata. La nostra camera era un po' consumata, con bagno molto piccolo e doccia molto rumorosa, per cui si sentivano quelle dei vicini. Abbiamo trovato solo due asciugamani per quattro persone. Letto però molto comodo. Colazione piuttosto semplice.”

“Struttura vecchissima. Camera sporca e fatiscente. Sotto al frigorifero era pieno di muffa. Problemi al check in perche' la mia carta di credito dicevano fosse diversa dalla carta utilizzata per pagare. In realta l operatore stava considerando il numero di carta expedia e non il mio. Colazione ridicola servita in una stanzetta con 2 tavolini. Albergo peggiore di sempre”

“New Management was really nice. Rooms were nicely updated and clean. Beds were comfy. Nice and close to the park. ”

“staff were amazing, literally all of them. The building is being renovated by complete amateurs though and there were no notices when booking. Water issues, painting everywhere, shotty work even while spreading grout over tile with salt and mud on them just kept spreading the grout. Hotel is dated left right and center so them doing the lobby is for astetics. Pool is outdated, woods moldy, carpets gross. Is what it is though. ”

“Convenient location. Close to east Mario, Swiss chalet, DQ and grocery shopping Center. Newly renovated room, friendly staff, family and pet friendly. Only drawback is the swimming pool is tiny, but gym is decent ”

“Limited towels in the room and smelled horrible. There was no coffee maker or kettle. ”

“The property was pretty great. Lots of outdoor space, the pool was nice and big, the Pavillion had many activities for the kids. The hotel room in Bayshore was nice, although we could have used a larger mini-fridge. The shuttle service was amazing. Made it so easy to go back and forth from the Pavillion to our room. ”

“Everything was fantastic. The room was spotless and the new owners were so kind. I booked again before i left. The view is amazing. What a wonderful gem i have found.”

“The restaurant was excellent on site very friendly. The guys that run. The place are very nice too but communication is a challenge sometimes as the workers and general manager don’t speak English well but they do try. They’re also very accommodating room was quite cold when I got in broken thermostat, but they did their best to accommodate buildings are older on the outside and we’re surprisingly nice inside mattresses could’ve been a little more comfortable but overall finishing was...
