“The lake is beautiful. Check in was at 4PM - lots of rooms were not ready. Our first room was directly beside the coffee shop. I did ask to be moved. No real concern from the staff at all. “Our room was partially below grade and we arrived at the tail end of a heat wave. The AC was left off and the room was very moist, like sheets felt damp. We turned on the AC and it was working all night but still felt humid the morning. My friend had a shower that night and the tiles in the bathroom were wet in the morning. “We only stayed one night as a stop on a journey. We were pleasantly surprised that a continental breakfast was included although we did not use it as we had other breakfast plans. The room was clean but a bit dated. They did note they were in the midst of a renovation so I am sure things will be great when that is done. The deodorizer they sprayed was a bit too pungent but I noted that to them. All in all a fine stay.”

“We booked a king bed room, were informed when we got there that no king beds available. I asked about compensation for the difference and was told no. Hotel also had a kids baseball team staying there with kids banging around the halls at 10 pm with nothing done.”

“Bellissima location, da cartolina. Tranquillità e comfort. Buonissima e ricca colazione, extra rispetto al costo della stanza (25$ canadesi). Inclusi giochi e servizi (canoa, tennis ecc). Buono anche il ristorante con specialità di pesce, forse un po’ costoso. Da rimodernare un po’ le stanze e l’impianto di condizionamento che risulta rumoroso. ”

“Receiving door entry code at 3pm made our stay efficient and smooth! Loved it! Perfect location as we competed in the MultiSport Canada Bracebridge Sprint Triathlon relay, this morning. It was a short 14 minute drive to Bracebridge. Would definitely stay again next summer! 10 thumbs up!!”

“The cabin was cute with all the natural wood on the inside. The deck is in need of lot of repair as some boards were rotten. We decided not to use the patio chairs as all the welds were broken and we didn’t want to get hurt. To use the bbq we would have had to spend $30 for the propane tank. Die inserierten Bilder auf Expedia sahen ordentlich aus, aber in echt war das Moorhaven einfach abgenutzt... Nach kurzer Inspektion der Unterkunft hatten wir schreckliche Kopfschmerzen von Raumduft. Also wäre durchgehend Anti-Mückenspray versprüht worden. Das Bad, heruntergekommen, voller Flecken, würde ich niemals benutzen.
