“The location of the hotel very close to Jalmahal. This is situated at tge centre of Jaipur. We were visting from Canada and we wete fully satified with service. 10 out of 10 for cleaniness. Hotel is failrly new. Its built to represnt the old Jaipur built ,haveli etc type. Wondefully decorated. Great pricing . 24 hours reception staff. Sachin was assiting in dinning room every breakfast and he was wondeful to deal with. Buffet breakfast was included. We recommend this hotel. ”

“The staff was all very friendly and accommodating, especially with my late checkout. Shower worked well. Not sure about the a/c. On site restaurant food was good. I would stay here again.”

“Posizione decisamente infelice. La piscina é una pozza d'acqua sporca e può capitare che ci vengano delle scimmie da 30 kg a soggiornare. Il wifi è scadente e solo il 50% del personale parla inglese decentemente. Tuttavia è l'hotel più pulito che abbia trovato in India. Il personale della colazione è molto gentile e la colazione è ogni giorno una diversa e piacevole sorpresa.”

“Room clean. Prompt and effective service. Food good value and tasty. Breakfast menu, I would say, less tailored to western palates. Still hot drinks and fruit readily available. No issues whatsoever.”

“The guests have not stayed at the property. When the guests reach over there, they realize the condition of property is pathetic. It was completely different from the pictures what you have on your website. So we did not check in the property. And we message you for the refund. So we want refund about that booking.”

“I was going to travel in a bus but there was a bus strike due to which I couldn't reach them and hotel did nothing to help me in this situation and no refund of any kind. I couldn't have controlled the bus strike but still I paid the penalty. ”

“When i reached hotel is closed and its very pathetic that hotel.com is booking and still hotels are closed form last 3 to 4 months and its my very worst experience.I have talk to hotel owner and he says that i don't know how the hotel.com is accepting booking and we are closed form last 3 to month . I think hotel.com is doing Freud and we are not responsible for your money if deducted by hotel.com. ”
