Hotel vicino a Manor Farm Country Park - Southampton

“Hotel is no where near where it is stated . Staff checked our luggage till 3pm. They only had one other guest staying at the hotel and our room was clearly ready however, they made us wait until after 3pm to check in. The lounge they said we could wait in had a few of their employees spread out all over the room and at 3pm when we walked from the tiny table we were waiting. “The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful! It's really hard to find a dog friendly hotel that are so relaxed about actually bringing dogs! Especially as our puppy is a big boy and sometimes, due to his bread, people are cautious of him. But the hotel were great and didn't make us feel nervous or "in the way" at all. It was a lovely stay.”

“Booked a superior room but they put us in a room beside a family of 5 with 3 noisy children. We had to move and ended up in a vacant room that shouldn’t really be in service.”

“The room was nice and clean .The issues was the handle for flashing the toilet you had to do it several times for it to flash. The fridge was not working. The WiFi was poor . The swimming you had to pay £5 per person for one hour. In the breakfast area it not organised when it comes to food refilling.”

“After staying last year and it was brilliant we rebooked this year. Dust everywhere thick behind the telly we only noticed that because the telly was really wonky. Pubic hair in the shower. Funny noise from the shower all night. Main problem though was the pillows so lumpy never had such bad pillows. No phone in the room to ask for more. Shame we won’t go back again”

“Can't give a review as we the taxi driver his sat nav and I could not even find the place, finally got to an address but it was a flat, no reply when we knocked. tried to contact you and place but could not send email for some odd reason. Tried again and again no success. I then had to find another place to stay, thankfully the taxi driver was very helpful, feeling bad for me. Really would think twice about trusting you in future, not a good experience. ...

“For the $91 per night price, this was very good value. Indeed, the property is a mere 5 minutes from the port and train station, which is great. Also, there are good restaurants within a 15 to 20 minute walk. There is a decent full kitchen, although there appeared to be no way to make ice.
