“Breakfast was amazing”

“Everything was clean and staff was responsive.”

“The only reason why I picked this hotel is because the price was low compared to the nearby hotels. You get what you pay for to say the least. Rambunctious kids running up and down the hallways, people pounding their feet the floor above, the pool was utter chaos and packed with loud music playing. “No tv guide menu which is odd. Also the workout room is the smallest I’ve seen. Otherwise the rooms are clean and hotel is nice. ”

“The front desk worker came down to the pool area and berated us for eating in the pool area, and we were not eating in the pool area. We had water bottles, that was it. She was extremely rude and way off base. We have stayed here for years and now we never will again. ”

“The front desk area has been remodeled and looks nice. However, its basically lipstick on a pig. As we walked down the hall, the smell got worse and worse and by the time we got to our room, it full on smelled like dirty kitty litter. When we got in the (1st floor room), the window was open, there were hairs in the bed, there was a bug in the shower, there was some gross splatter on the bathroom wall. I have never checked out of a hotel within minutes of checking in until i got to this hotel.”

“We did not stay the whole time. The people there were sketchy. The sheets were stained, it smelled bad. The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom was filthy and clearly not cleaned either. We found a pair of used girls thongs hanging on the shower curtain. Absolutely disgusting.”
