Stayed for two nights never got room cleaned or towels refreshed. Pool was cold, was supposed to have hot tub, but didn’t. Was supposed to have free WiFi, but didn’t unless you sign up for membership. Was supposed to have breakfast but didn’t. Unless you buy breakfast in the connected restaurant. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned for a while had stains in the side. Towels were stingy. Very loud!! Could hear everything around you, above you, in next door rooms and hallway. Was an annoying knocking sound when another room would flush toilet. Hard to sleep in, hard to sleep just till 7. Restaurant bartender Thursday and Friday night was a rip, and left her co worker strung out Saturday morning, as she didn’t restock and manager didn’t get in till late and things were locked up, so we had to wait for things we ordered longer that we should’ve. Then manager came in and changed channels we were watching and left 2 out of 4 tvs on blank screens. Beds were comfy, but over all wouldn’t bring my family back again.
