A family of four including two small children were loud and had the TV blaring. But more importantly, the hotel charged my credit card that I gave them for incidentals for the two night stay, after I already paid for the stay in advance through Expedia. A good thing I checked my credit card online and noticed the charge. I called that night and spoke with Pavi. Pavi said the charge to my incidental credit card was exactly the amount of two nights plus tax. She also said there were no incidentals. Pavi told me to call the manager, named Joy, in the morning, and Joy could cancel the second charge for my stay.
I called the hotel the next morning and spoke with Joy. Joy was defensive, unhelpful, and unapologetic. She said she didn't believe me and wanted me to send her a copy of my statement. I told her I had not receive a statement yet because it was only one day since my stay. She then wanted a screenprint of my online account. I did it even though I didn't want to. I knew from my conversation with Pavi the night before that their system showed I was charged for a second stay. Joy's response to the double charge was more bothersome because the week before my stay I called the hotel to confirm my stay and spoke at that time with Joy. She confirmed I was all paid in advance through Expedia. I will not go back to that hotel again.
