Hotel a Maurice

“The lady at the front desk was totally incompetent and had no idea what she was doing both at check-in and checkout. No third floor rooms available secondary to water leaking issues from Rain. No hair conditioner in shower. Shower, dirty, and grimy. Nasty stains on bedspread.”

“I chose to stay at this hotel based on the information provided by the property. However, it was far from what was expected. First of all, the pool was locked up. As was the 'Breakfast' area. Their supposed breakfast time was listed on the wall sign, but they never opened. Finally, though the room APPEARED clean at first, cockroaches came out of the woodwork. I even took a picture of one as proof. The room itself looked nothing like the pictures. It had a bed, a small table for a desk, and...

“Comfort Inn was EXCELLENT! Very clean, no stale cigarette smell, friendly staff. I was very happy staying there. One thing to note is that I would have paid the same price booking direct. I booked three nights using Expedia, but finished my business after two nights. If I had booked directly with Comfort Inn I would have only paid for two nights. Because I booked with with Expedia however, I wound up paying for three nights even though I only stayed two nights.”

“The pool was rusty needed a paint job and so did the jacuzzi. The building need to be in a better condition.”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Areas were clean and parking lot is well lit. Kudos to the young lady that cooked the tacos Tuesday for the social. Everything it was really good. The beds were very comfortable.”

“Albergo sporchissimo, abbiamo dovuto pulire noi il pavimento della stanza con teli bagno, tornati neri (vedere le foto). Climatizzatore molto rumoroso, ascensore fermo per guasto, niente wifi, personale che comincia i lavori alle 5 del mattino... esperienza terribile. ”

“The listing states that the pool is heated, however it is not. The water was freezing and it’s covered so there’s no way to warm it up. There was no WiFi connection and I had no service while there.”
