“The staff was friendly, and the building seemed mostly fine. My wife and I did have a weird experience. Our key did not work at first but then one of the men figured it out and got it working. We had a scare around 1am where someone was able to open our hotel room door. I called down stares and the man said to just lock both locks on the door to be extra safe. He said maybe someone that took their key from a previous stay was able to open it. No real solution. A little jarring when you are...

“The reason I got the room is bc my power. Is off at home and I've been sick. So I asked him at the desk to make sure there was a working heater in room even tho he was super rude already.. the heater broken. The phone broken. I had my privacy tag on door when I got back from ice machine maid was smoking in my room said our room was cancelled.. I want my money back ”

“Room and surroundings fine, but bathroom sink had a broken plug. Fortunately, I always carry a universal stopper, so I wasn't inconvenienced.”

“The staff were all super kind. However, the first room we were assigned smelled like a wet dog and had mildew on the curtains above the AC and in the shower. We were changed to another room and it was ok, but the AC unit was black in the vents, the shower had absolutely no water pressure, and there was a big stain on the carpet that looked like it was wet. The hotel isnt well kept at all. ”
