“The casino as well as the drink selection was excellent. I enjoyed myself despite losing atvthe casino. ”

“The breakfast was fresh. It wasn't the best. The egg were running. The biscuits were good. ”

“The room was not cleaned very well. We found old food on the floor and a roach in the room. On multiple occasions, people were trying to get assistance from the front desk and no one was there for SEVERAL minutes. Housekeeping took our towels & wash clothes but did not replace them. When we asked for more later that evening, they were out! They gave us old towels they said were used for cleaning. And the tub looked awful! There were so many patches of silicone holding it together. We will NEVER...

“The room was great! It took awhile to find put where the open restaurants were, on the casino floor. The steak restaurant sounded great but it was never open. The construction outside my window started early in the morning and continued later in the evening. I know this was not the fault of the casino however.”

“Stayed at the Marco Hotel recently. The check-in staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The location is also super convenient..especially if you’re heading to the convention center. That said, the room itself was…off. The overall vibe felt a bit funky, and unfortunately the bathroom had a strong urine odor that was hard to ignore. Definitely took away from the stay. Great people and location, but the room cleanliness needs serious improvement.”

“The shower curtain was to the top of the of tub and every time we showered it almost flooded the floor. The hotel overall looked not clean. And old. The breakfast wasn’t great. The staff was nice though. ”

“Disappointing Check-In Experience - I arrived at 2:45 PM and was told to wait until the official 3:00 PM check-in time, which is understandable. However, when I returned at 3:10 PM, I was told the room still wasn't ready and that they would call me within the hour. That call never came. I eventually returned at 5:30 PM to finally get my keys. Communication was poor, and it’s frustrating to waste several hours of my trip waiting for a room that should have been ready on time.”
