“Breakfast was terrible--only dry bread and juice. Bath tub plunger to adjust water from shower head to tub was frozen and not usable Lavatory had no aerator and in need of replacement sticky floors in bath room not clean”

“There were dead roaches on the floor in the hallway. The main lobby was hot and humid. The floor tile was cracked in multiple places and the hallway carpet was loose and buckled as we rolled our luggage to the room. The room was muggy with the curtains having mold and the wall plaster peeling from the wall. The toilet seat was coming off, not just loose it was missing the nut to tighten. The door did not sit correctly when closed. I am never allowed to choose the hotel again.”

“Absolutely disgusting. We booked here originally because it was closer to our family we were visiting but when we arrived it was quickly decided to stay somewhere else. The pool was closed/maintenance (should be updated when booking), there were huge rolls of carpet crowding the lobby, and they put our family (2 adults and 3 children) on the 3rd floor with no working elevator. One night would have been doable but not for an entire week. There were no other guests staying in the hotel so why they...
