“Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning wasn’t the best, but it also wasn’t bad. ”

“The hotel was amazing. I visit my husband each weekend and this is now my go to hotel for sure. Nothing like clean, fancy, comfortable, and safe”

“The first room the door wouldn't open with the key card. The attendant had to open the door with her key. The ac unit had broken vents and was full of mold. The towels were filthy along with the room and the tv didn't work. The second room needed towels but it was cleaner than the first one. ”

“This is my property of choice when visiting (Alexandria) and I have never had an issue until today. The bathroom conditions are unsatisfactory.. The shower door would not stay closed, the water did not drain properly out of the shower, the toilet did not flush. The lights to the headboard were unplugged and the cords were just thrown underneath the bed.. I had to plug my devices on the other side of the room. I was VERY dissatisfied in my experience.”

“When we arrived, we were assigned a room key to the wrong room. When we tried to enter the room, someone opened the door and yelled at us and it was not our fault. The room was not cleaned well Stain on the carpet and on the back of the bathroom door. ”

“Rooms were clean and stocked good with towels and such.. nice a/c. Parking was no problem... Staff was nice.. I would stay again.. ”
