“Excellant hotel”

“The floor was sticky and the refrigerator stunk. Staff and lady doing breakfast was very helpful and nice. The air-conditioning was not working properly. I have always stayed here and it was great. Not this time. I think they had all new staff.”

“The Hotel was a bit dated but it is an over 100 year old property. It is really nostalgic and in good shape for a hotel that age. The rooms are very nice and well done. This hotel is definitely worth a try.”

“The facilities and grounds are being maintained. Pool was dirty, grass and were not being attended.”

“We got a suite and it was beautiful. We didn't know the fridge was gonna be a full size that was a nice surprise. And the kitchen sinks bigger then mine. Plenty of room for the 5 of us (nephews staying for the summer). Only con was the bathroom has a barn door style and we would of liked a little more privacy. But the room divider curtain was a nice touch.”

“We’ve stayed here for our visits to Pineville for the past 6 years. Although it is an older hotel you can’t beat the price and location. If you’re looking for a safe and reliable place to stay, this is it.”

“Hotel is clean but not well maintained. Room was clean except the comforters were visibly dirty (like someone ate Cheetos and wiped theirs hands) but sheets and bathroom were clean. Bathroom tub was terrible why I’m giving 3 star. Needs replacing and shower head was pulled out of wall and old. Breakfast was good. Will stay again but hopefully have better maintained bathroom. Area is fine just off I49.”

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised online. There is no real lobby as shown in the pictures. Check-in is done through a glass window, similar to a basic roadside motel. When I entered my room, I immediately noticed that the bed sheets were dirty and stained. I contacted the front desk and requested clean sheets, but the staff refused, saying they were busy and that because the hotel was full, they had no extra clean...
