“Did not have an extra chair besides the one in room and the rooms shower was dirty”

“I had to leave the property. They had an infestation of rats and who knows what else. The AC unit in the room was covered in feces. The mold smell was horrible. The elevator looked like 50 years old. It was so bad. The girl at the counter asked illegal questions about my service dog.”

“breakfast menu was good but wish there were more options for sugar free/low sugar cereal, yogurt skim milk. Not everyone can eat high sugar cereals and high sugar yogurts etc. Accessible room worked great with all necessities.”

“Room had poop in toilet when I arrived. Also had lots of hair in shower. The next morning I saw blood in lower part of sheets. I checked it was not mine due to I was not bleeding. Also sausage link I bit into exploded. When I mean exploded it went all over my face shirt and arm. Luckily it was not hot.”
