“Several of us have stayed in Luling for over three years as we search for Missing Person Jason Landry. The staff at Best Western are always kind and accomodating. We love the facilities as well. Getting two free drinks and chips and salsa are a nice bonus each evening.”

“The AC did not keep the room clean, the shower was filthy and the day before our stay I called and was allowed a late check out, it was noted. When I checked in again I asked for a late check out and it was given then on the day of check out they called at 11:00 and told me I needed to be out "now". I said, I have a late check out, she said no one is given a late check out anymore. We were out by 11:30, but I felt rushed and lied too. Never again will I stay here and will reconsider staying at...

“The location of the hotel was great!! Close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and much more. The hotel needs updated. I stayed for a week and housekeeping only would come if I would ask. I think being there a week they should come at least a couple times. Otherwise it was pretty clean. The rooms were really loud around us. So that was annoying. The pool and hot tub is ok… nothing special. The cost was fair considering the accommodations”

“The rooms were super dirty.. my daughter checked out of her room because it was filthy and staff did not care.. Ours the shower-head did not work and the entire hotel felt humid and dirty. ”

“We spent a 2 night stay and was very clean and relaxing. Close to the the places we wanted to visit. Staff was great, very accommodating. The price was perfect for us.”

“The place was awful! Holes in the walls and floors, huge roach in the bathroom, mold and water stains everywhere...I would never subject my daughter to staying in these conditions. We refused to stay there after we were shown 3 different rooms and all were terrible. They refused to give us a refund bc we " missed the window" to cancel. Do. Not. Stay. Here. ”

“The property itself feels old and outdated despite attempts to modernize it. There were stains on the bed cover and the carpeted floor. Sloppy paint job and bubbling wood. That being said, it was as clean as you can get for the age, staff was friendly, and beds are comfortable. Overall okay budget hotel. ”
