Restroom door wouldn’t close all the way, staff stated no maintenance would be available. The next day there was a leak and we were relocated to another room. All these issues were minimal compared to the fact that they charged over $1000 for a tow night stay that was barely $215 at most. Three different transactions for that amount and then charged...

We were promptly shown 4 other rooms with working phone/tv/fridge but sane run down look. The pictures that were listed of the property on the website is overly AI glossed over. The property is run down and needs major maintenance. The walls had cracks in them. The wallpaper needed replacing in multiple spots. The pool had noticeably peeling plaster...
