The staff was great from check in to check out they made sure we were comfortable. The bar had a variety of drinks and wonderful music playing. Thank you to everyone at Lakeway Resort and Spa for giving us a wonderful stay.”

“The hotel was beautiful & exceptional. Front desk staff was excellent. BUT when we went to eat breakfast, there was a female staff member with all gray hair in her 50’s and she was EXTREMELY RUDE, i asked her a question and she didn’t bother replying she had an angry face and only gestured for me to give her my plate. Management please talk to her because that attitude she was giving off was unacceptable in such a fine place. I’m bilingual, and probably her same race, so that was definitely not...

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”
