“Our stay was awesome, we were welcomed as soon as we arrived. The building is over 100 years old and is a gorgeous representation of a mansion from that time period. We were given a brief history of the property. Our room was really nice. The complimentary social hour and breakfast was pleasant. Breakfast was good. I would absolutely stay here again.”

“My wife and I loved our stay at Steamboat Inn. The lobby, dining area and rooms were all beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked with everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The night we spent there, we were the only guests, so we invited the overseer and owner (who prepared breakfast) to eat breakfast with us. We sat and had a great visit with them. This was a real highlight of our entire trip.”

“This property is superior in every way!! Was looking for an out of the hustle & bustle of the seaside accommodations and this was it! Walking distance to historic district and other Galveston Island attractions. Chef/proprietors Michael & Rosie could not do enough to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Didn’t have the pleasure of dinner but breakfast was perfect and prepared specifically for us. Loved the grounds, house, and perfectly detailed suite/cottage. Kuddis & thank you to them 😊”
