“Music was playing from the hotel lobby until 2AM and we were on the 7th floor. We were unable to go to sleep because of this. I called the front desk and the staff said they had no control over the volume of the music for their guests.”

“Wonderful resort and staff. Very recommended for families. The only complaint is that the slide on the lazy river was closed.”

“To start, the hotel was insanely busy, but that doesn’t change the experience we had. I booked this hotel to have access to their water park area for my kids, which closes at 7 in the spring. We arrived just after the check in time and even using the valet, it took 45 minutes to get through check in. It then took almost an hour just to get in to an elevator because of how many people from the convention were trying to use it at the exact same time.
