“Reserved a room that stated in slept 3 adults. After getting in late the day of arrival, we learned the couch was not a fold out and the ac was intermittent all night disrupting our sleep. Addressed the 3rd bed issue following morning. No resolution by 5pm so we packed to leave. Received a call at 6:30pm with the manager telling us that when a room states sleeps 3 adults - it implies you need to ask for a roll away bed. “Showing up to property was very surprising nothing like the pics from the hotel I saw online. The room we were assigned was on the 5th floor in a separate hallway with a very loud door everytime someone entered the hallway the door would slam so hard. The room door had gaps all around the door frame with exposed lighting. The beds were full size so very small for two people . “I had mixed feelings about my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Las Colinas. There is a lot to love about this hotel. The property is beautiful, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were exceptional. I slept very well, and the overall ambiance is exactly what you would expect from a luxury hotel. However, my experience was overshadowed by one major issue. “It was great , it needs a fan in the loft area. Other than that we loved it.”

“Room was clean with the exception of the hairs that were in the beds when we arrived. The TV’s did not work and had to get service for this and to fix the broken door so it would close. Also had to have them reset both beds and then the fire alarms went off multiple times anyone showered or the balcony door was open too long. When we called, they did take us seriously and attempted to correct these things but was inconvenienced with so much staff in and out. We had 5 people in the room at one...

“the facility is beautiful, located in a very wonderful place, clean and spacious rooms. What I didn't like was the room neighbors who took the outside chairs from the rooms two nights in a row (in the 10x part of the rooms) and were outside messing around until 2 a.m. without anyone telling them anything. There is a lack of “security” part to keep the place quiet at a certain time.”
