“Le camere hanno una moquette vecchia che da cattivo odore, essendo io asmatico ed allergico alle polveri questo ha fatto si che ho dormito pochissimo e male, andrebbe tolta o cambiata. La recepcion non è aperta 24 ore, se hai bisogno in orari notturni c’è un cartello con un numero di telefono da chiamare.”

“What Breakfest? What Bar? We tried getting to the hotel for 2 hours and could not. We called Expedia for a refund and they could not. Hyatt said it was our fault for not calling them. There was no signage to do that. You can't walk to the hotel. There were no shuttles we saw. Hyatt can go to straight to hell. I will never book another reservation with them anywhere. We lost $276. Never again. DFW and Hyatt totally suck. Hope you enjoyed it becuase you'll never see another dime from me.”
