“The apartment was well equipped with all the essentials other no salt, pepper, sugar or dry goods. It did have coffee and filters. The locations is awesome and in a great little eclectic Austin neighborhood. Apartment was clean other than the baseboards all need a good clean. Check in was more complicated than usual with a lot of instructions but, would stay here again for a quick trip to Austin.”

“I liked having a gated parking area so I didn’t worry about stuff in the car. It was conveniently located to the venue for a performance I was there to see and easy access to many restaurants and the pool at Barton Springs.. It was a great trip.”

“Great apartment, very clean and very spacious. I worked remotely from the apartment for almost 2 weeks, everything was great. We had a small hiccup with the Wifi and the owners of the unit went above and beyond to help us get online. I was surprised how large the bedrooms and walk in closets are. Beds were very comfy, water pressure was great. Brita water pitcher in the frig was awesome with the heat! Having a washing and dryer was nice. We used the pool, it was very refreshing and clean. “This VRBO was fantastic! Everything was listed as it was on the site and the room was just beautiful. The pool, gym, common areas, and patio were so nice to use (especially with the heat) and the area was very safe and accessible. Right across the street is a food truck court and everything was very walkable! The staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions. “Perfect get away so close to the beach and to the town square. Super quiet area. Lots of biking and running going on because the streets are so safe and not busy at all. Easy quick walk to the beach. Nice and clean inside, cute front porch and nice backyard with a grill and seating for six. Inside is well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom with all the essentials. "L'hotel è in buona posizione. Ha una struttura particolare caratterizzata dall'accesso alle camere tramite ballatoi xhe si affacciano sull'interno dell'hotel. Ci hanno dato dei ticket per bevande alcoliche per il rinfresco gratuito pomeridiano. I soft drink sono gratuiti. La colazione è buona. Avevamo una camera al quinto piano. Funzionava un solo ascensore conseguentemente l'attesa era lunga. La camera aveva un sofa bed sul quale abbiamo dovuto mettere noi le lenzuola. In ultimo l'aria condizionata era altissima. Nonostante quella in camera fosse spenta, era davvero freddo."
