“night check in clerk was great. gave us late check out because we arrived so late and we are choice members. Clerk in the daytime called at 10:45 AM and was rude and told us we need to leave - we should not have been told we could have late check out”

“Hotel is nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was easy. Checkin was a bit confusing because we couldn’t find the lobby. The address of the hotel is not the lobby. The lobby is on Main Street. ”

“The inn is old and outdated. There were no electrical outlets in the bathroom, the tub was cracked, and the shower curtain was inefficient. While the room included a hairdryer it was mounted on the wall outside of the bathroom. There was no vanity light over the bath sink the opening covered by a metal plate. The bedspread was soiled and in desperate need of dry-cleaning. The exterior road noise was constant extending throughout the night. It would have been impossible to sleep without running...
