“Bathroom has an uncomfortable bad odor. We asked cleaning staff to leave additional towels and didn’t. The room was not completely clean. It did smell fresh.”

“One of the best hotels I have stayed at. I love the seclusion of the rooms, the room and the property feel as though it's own oasis in the center of the city. Speaking of that, it sits on Congress St, so there's not a shortage if stores/restaurants. I will definitely be booking again, soon.”

“We loved the room, club room, lobby etc. However our room never cooled off, we talked to the front desk after lowering it ourselves and they actually control it. They lowered it but it never dropped as they said it would. We noticed an A/C repairman on the property after our conversation but it still never cooled off.”
