“The room was big and very clean. There was a weird smell, but may have been coming from the bathroom since the toilet was running when we got there. It did have to be manually stopped so it would stop running. But aside from that it was a very nice room.”

“The property was very clean and convenient to our plans. Plenty of parking. The main bedroom had a door, so someone could still watch tv or cook in kitchen and not disturb someone sleeping. The full size refrigerator was super. It was definitely better than the mini fridges in other hotels. I absolutely loved that there was a separate area to do my hair and makeup. Location: great access to Loop 1 to get to downtown. Grocery store was only 10 min away. Plenty of eateries in the area. ”

“Beautiful location. Rooms on the small side for a luxury hotel. New staff I found not very helpful. ”

“They asked 15$ per hour of early check in. The room cleaning personal put my belongings in a black plastic bag treating as a trash without my permission even though I had told them that I will check out at noon, and they have told me that is ok! The whole building including the room was smelling bad! No room service! ”

“Maybe have certain times that the rooms are cleaned. I do like how the bathroom and kitchen area were still cleaned although I was in the bedroom asleep”

“Absolutely great property and staff. Was in town producing an event for SXSW. The staff and management helped receive my packages ahead of time. They were welcoming and kind ! Will definitely stay here again !!!!”
