Hotel vicino a West Gate Central - Austin

“The room was big and very clean. There was a weird smell, but may have been coming from the bathroom since the toilet was running when we got there. It did have to be manually stopped so it would stop running. But aside from that it was a very nice room.”

“The property was very clean and convenient to our plans. Plenty of parking. The main bedroom had a door, so someone could still watch tv or cook in kitchen and not disturb someone sleeping. The full size refrigerator was super. It was definitely better than the mini fridges in other hotels. I absolutely loved that there was a separate area to do my hair and makeup. Location: great access to Loop 1 to get to downtown. Grocery store was only 10 min away. Plenty of eateries in the area. ”

“Absolutely great property and staff. Was in town producing an event for SXSW. The staff and management helped receive my packages ahead of time. They were welcoming and kind ! Will definitely stay here again !!!!”

“Beautiful modern room with great amenities and very clean. The only downside is if you get a room that faces the street, you will hear the band playing from the bar across the narrow street. ”

“Why they can’t have hot water at any point in our five day stay is embarrassing. Or refresh amenities without asking. Or leave hair on floors after cleaning. Or have missing trim on the floors. Been steady fans of South Congress for years and this has been the worst experience. And our last stay. ”
