The carpet was dirty and full of hair! The walls were dirty—smeared with food, I think! The microwave was filthy; it even had spoons left inside. The drawers were disgusting and also contained spoons. The lamps were all rusted and covered in grime, and the curtains reeked of cigarette smoke. The bathroom towels were of...

“A hidden gem. Beautiful, clean rooms, fluffy clean sheets, new towels, hard wood floors, we also got a private balcony. A speaker in the room is a nice touch, the staff was nice. Front desk doesn't answer the phone sometimes if they're busy but they call right back. Would stay here again! ”

“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our very brief stay at the Treehouse, a beautifully-designed and very comfortable oasis in what can be a very busy part of ATX. Very impressed with the super prompt and helpful text communications with the hotel. And loved the Jura machine with coffee beans locally sourced via ATX’s own Texas Coffee Traders!”

“The type of room we booked wasn’t available at check-in. The hotel didn’t bother to notify us but did manage to send us an email about the parking fee. The hotel did put us in another type of room, but the sense was the hotel staff knew we couldn’t cancel. If we did we’d lose our money, so take it or leave it.”

“The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff )Bobbie) he was great! We would stay there again. We didn’t eat breakfast there but it looked good. They had cold water throughout the day and fruit when you wanted it. Great service!”

“I had cockroaches in my room and my co-worker had ants and other bugs. Rooms walls were not cleaned. It was a bad experience had to be moved as the bugs were so bad.”

“The elevators weren’t working and I had a brace on my foot and was not accommodated. I was then told I wouldn’t be charged an additional $50 when I was still charged and now having to play phone tag. The front desk attendant who checked me in was nice but the person in the morning was awful. I would have extended my stay however they did not make me feel welcomed nor should I give them more of my business.”

“We paid an amenity fee and there was no parking- as advertised and we didn’t even use the pool? Staff didn’t seem to care bc we booked with a “3rd party””

“I arrived early & was able to check in. Yay! The front desk clerk was so beautiful & pleasant. She was articulate, knowledgeable, & very personable. A definite plus to the company. My room was clean, orderly , & without a stale smell. I couldn't be more happier. Thank you management for ensuring your employees & property are top tier.”
