Hotel vicino a Maymont House and Museum - Richmond

“The staff was beyond amazing! Never had a group of people be kinder and I was there with my 84 year old mother and 15 year old daughter! I felt terrible for the single man on parking this morning when he was trying to get 50+ cars out for an 8 am game. Hilton - I am an honors member and please staff better for Jefferson Cup - it is 4 weekends! Your staff deserves that support because you should be so proud of the job they do. By far me best Hilton yet!!!”

“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“It was great for a quick overnight stay. Smoking room and clean was key for me. I will there were a couple of burn marks on things like people don't know how to use an ashtray. Other than that no problems. Also great customer service!”

“The steel door showed signs of forced entry. There was a round puncture several inches in diameter and more than an inch deep, as if from a police (hopefully) battering ram. The interior of the door frame had evidence of being knocked in, as well. The interior moulding of the door frame was screwed back together in several places. There was tons of activity at night, especially where the rear of the property backed up to a wooded area. Cars were coming and going after very short visits,...

Avevo scelto questa struttura perché mie figlie volevano divertirsi in piscina, invece non c'è niente da un bel po' di tempo ma le foto e le indicazioni dei servizi continuano a mostrare "piscina all'aperto".”

“Property is run down and in a bad area (next to correctional facility and across from casino). The chain on our door was broken. The front desk staff were nice. Plenty of parking. Beds were uncomfortable and dirty. But what was really outrageous was the level of filth in the room. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Sticky floor, hair from many different people all over bathroom, crumbs everywhere, moldy shower curtain. I didn’t expect much and this was somehow worse. And we paid...

“On our way to the hotel, we received a call that our room would not be ready on time. Upon arriving, we had assumed parking would be free as the hotel is over a parking garage, but were told that we would have to use the parking lot across the street (23$/8hr) or the valet service who owned the garage(51$). We ending up using the valet service and the gentleman from PNC were extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were less friendly. Everyone seemed in a rush to get things done....

“There what looked like makeup splatter on a mirror. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Nothing but a tiny ass bar of soap to clean with. The tv didn’t work. Staff was super quiet and first impressions wasn’t pleasant. Real worry for bedbugs with how poorly this place is handled. Won’t be staying there ever again, and I’m used to roach motels. This one sucked.”
