“Room was ready on arrival. Speedy check in Lots of parking. Room was fresh(no weird smells) and quiet (no loud A/C noise)”

“Small but well appointed room. Great views especially if you climb stairs to top. Stocked with nibbles but only two choices for cereal. It is an arduous climb to room #2 up 4 long flights so not for anyone with bad joints. Beautiful location.”

We were not told about this at check-in, so no beds made, fresh towels, etc. The phone in the room was dead.
