  • Newly renovated nightly apartment space with a kitchenette in deep country just 2 minutes from Hwy 416 near Kemptville and 25 min from Ottawa. Beautiful European restaurant onsite called Linden Leaf Restaurant for convenience. 3 minutes from Limerick forest and trails for off roading at your doorstep. plenty of parking onsite. We provide everything just like a hotel room and cleanliness is priority. Backyard is available for relaxing or watching the stars and listening to the Coyote's. A coal BBQ and firepit can be available if there is no fire ban. enjoy your coffee in the morning without a big rush to leave. Breath the fresh air. Unit has is on 2nd floor, stairs only. Parking in front of Unit.

The room was as expected. Restaurant was fabulous. The only issue was communication. I never did receive check in instructions. Apparently Helga did not receive the booking notification. Thankfully I just showed up at their restaurant and was able to check in.
