“Beds are ridiculously comfortable!! We enjoyed our stay however, the door we used to access our room from the parking lot was broken and we had to walk pretty far in order to get to our room every time. Front desk lady didn’t seem to care. She apologized but it stayed broken all weekend so that was an little irritating. A different front desk lady didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in the lobby, felt kind of rude to be honest. But other than that, we enjoyed our weekend at Spark.”

“Very clean and new; We loved the shower, the comfy beds and the Gym. Breakfast was very good value and variety of options. The hotels seems to be renovated and clean. Location of the property was very good, very close to restaurant and superstore. And 6 minutes form the aquarium that we were headed the next day.”

“I have never felt so spoiled by a B and B. There was a ton of food in the room, place the property is just gorgeous. Great view! Just a fun place to stay… would come again with my kids.”

“Great for place to sleep and workout great for us, but there isn’t anything walkable if you are hoping to go out. A plus was that there was EV charging at the school next door. ”

“Good quality plentiful breakfast, good mattress, good shower, poor maintenance: just above floor wall power receptacle cover plate broken power connection wires visible, door entry prevention (when door unlocked) hasp broken off sharp metal edges exposed. - Advised staff during stay, so they can get maintenance to remedy safety problematic items. Security very good, as is the location.”

“The hotel is wonderful. Clean and the staff is very accommodating There is no breakfast or restaurant in the hotel. But there is alot of food choices all around in walking distance.”

“Quick stay in Carleton Place, beautiful town and a very nice place to stay! Room and bathroom were clean, hotel was quiet, staff were friendly. Easy to park, and close to everything in town. Will definitely try and stay here again!”

“Very comfortable bed and staff was welcoming and kind. Property is a little older and could use some updating but if you are looking for a clean comfortable bed that is affordable, this is a great place to stay. The property is right on the river. Breakfast only includes carbs.”
