“Clean and comfortable motel. The Hungry 7 Diner was a good meal choice and was only steps away making it very convenient. Unfortunately they were not open for breakfast.”

“The room was dirty and the entire hotel smelled like an ash tray. There were no smoking signs on every room and our room still reeked of cigarettes. It is the only hotel in Renfrew so there are no other options. I would have given it no stars if it weren’t for the friendly front desk staff.”

“The staff was courteous and attentive he stayed later for check in. Which we appreciated! The facility itself was underwhelming considering the price we paid. The room was tidy but left a lot to be desired in terms of dusting in the corners, the finishing on the tub, -everything just dated! The a/c kept the room clean the fridge was in excellent working condition and the bed was small but comfortable! Parking was safe and secure! Overall a fair rating for us is 2&1/2 stars for this motor-in”

“As a motorcycle rider of over 35 yrs going into a hotel can cause some anxiety wondering if there will be judgements. In our case there was no judgement and very welcoming staff. Myself and my riding buddy were left in awe of the simple yet thoughtful rag left on our bikes over night to dry our seats. Never have either of us experienced this kind of thoughtfulness. One of our bike locks broke and we were unable to remove it. The staff went over and above in helping us get it removed offering...
