“Bed bugs so didn’t stay.”

“For the price its great. I had to switch rooms due to being initially put on back side facing outside. I was travelling alone and preferred inside room. They switched me rooms no problem. ”

“Staff was great, very helpful. However, we booked it for airport shuttle, but the shuttle wasn’t working so we had to take Ubers. There were also not many offerings for snacks/food to buy. Microwave in room didn’t work (I did not mention to front desk - I’m sure they would’ve looked into it.). Also, as a woman traveling with daughter, I was a bit uncomfortable when my room number was said out loud while checking in. The single woman who checked in before me had the same thing happen. “The bar and cafe never opened due to a supposed staff issue, but it was obvious that the area had not been stocked in quite some time. The internet password was kept from me. The only way that the front desk agent would share it with me was if I became a rewards "Bonvoy" member, that is extortion of my information and time. The description of the bathroom amenities stated Paul Mitchel products that were individual in the room, generic wall mounted products were present. ”

“The hot tub and pool were not clean. The hot tub was broke. Found a bug in the bagels. When brought to the attention of staff they handled it but they weren’t very observant it appeared or pro active.”

“1st off. Property wants to charge 6.99 for each night to hold our cash depoait (5 nights). Claiming our cash deposit was in case we smoked or damaged room... yet there were cigarette butts and ashes in the elevator and hall. Carpets were VERY stained on the 4th floor. Room had burnson the floor and marks on on the walls.. i use a mobility scooter and there is only 1 ramp in to the Hotel. All exits have CURBS that wheelchairs can NOT get over/off. Emergency exit was blocked by a wall that...

“The room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating once we realized we accidentally booked a handicap accessible room. He got us into a regular room quickly and with no issues. Would stay here again if we’re ever passing through again. ”

“Hotel nuovo E per tale motivo tenuto benissimo. Non si trova esattamente al centro ma vi sono un sacco di localini carini di fianco. La stanza a noi assegnata per quattro persone era ampia e spaziosa ed il bagno molto bello. Unica pecca è che non è facilissimo da rintracciare col satellitare”
