“I liked the customer service and the room was clean. My only concern and complaint was the mattress was obviously old and smelled like smoke and dog. I actually didn’t sleep well due to the smell. Also there was no small refrigerator in my room, which would have been helpful. Other than the disgusting mattress it was a decent property. Most likely won’t go again though.”

“The problem was after driving in the car for 10 hours. You want to go up, turn the TV on, have a glass of wine and relax. Nope the TV was out and to tell them it was out because the phone was out. We had to walk clear downstairs. Not a big deal but when 10 hours you're tired. So the TV didn't work. The maintenance man came up and fixed it and it went off as soon as he left the room and it kept coming on and off on and off all night until we finally figured I'd turn it off. Phone didn't work. “The room was fine, but a couple issues I had was no one at the front desk seemed to answer the phone when I called with questions. And the fact that the same type of room I checked into was being offered for $100 less then what I payed when I reserved it just 2 days prior was really frustrating. And so I dont see the point in reserving a room here if its gonna be available far cheaper when you actually get to the location”

“Staff was welcoming and very nice. Room was spacious. Bed mattress was terrible, weak springs to very bouncy like a trampoline. Pillows were fluffy, but zero support so nearly pointless. My personal MAJOR grip is that the wifi was not free, it was conditional. To finalize signing in it required becoming a Hampton Rewards member. I dont travel enough to have a rewards program of any kind and having to provide my entire name, email, contact to the rewards program when i have already paid for my...

“Should be renamed. While the picture shows to be an older motel, it surely hasn’t been updated since it opened in the ‘70’s(?) Only one of the 3 staff(family owned) could speak English, so we were unable to get our receipt when checking out. The semi parked in the parking lot made it difficult to pull in/out of our parking spot. Area is loud because it’s close to the main road. We chose to stay here because the only other hotel in town was full. Bummer we wasted our discount money on this stay.”

“Hotel nuovo E per tale motivo tenuto benissimo. Non si trova esattamente al centro ma vi sono un sacco di localini carini di fianco. La stanza a noi assegnata per quattro persone era ampia e spaziosa ed il bagno molto bello. Unica pecca è che non è facilissimo da rintracciare col satellitare”
